Refund and Returns Policy
All prices of our listed product prices are in U.S. Dollars.
On this Web site, we accept PayPal and credit card payments through PayPal. Please send PayPal payments to [email protected].
Customers also may order by sending a check or money order to our mailing address below, with an enclosure that specifies the name and quantity of the item or items being purchased. We usually hold your shipment until your check is cleared, typically seven business days.
Buyers specifying an Arkansas shipping address agree that a 6.5% state tax will be added to their book purchase.
Credit card orders require a valid billing address. Large credit card orders from new customers might require a mail or fax copy of a valid picture identification with matching address.
Your payment must be received prior to shipment. Typically your books will ship within two business days after receipt of payment.
C & C Outdoor Productions reserves the right to refuse or cancel future orders from non-paying buyers.
Shipping
All books are shipped in protective cardboard mailers via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail (default) or Priority Mail. We typically ship only within the U.S. For shipments to addresses outside the U.S., please inquire first by contacting us at [email protected].
We will be more than happy to provide additional information such as a more detailed book description if you will e-mail us at [email protected].
Refunds
The whole purchase cost (including two-way shipping & handling) will be refunded if your shipment is damaged. Returns need to be authorized prior to their shipment by calling (501) 951-2945 within 14 days of your receipt. Books must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipments must be insured.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
